For owners who live interstate or overseas, or travel for part of the year. Scheduled visits, a dated photo report after each one, the garden kept up, the house prepared for storms and trades coordinated, so it's ready when you arrive.

Weekly or fortnightly housekeeping and garden care by the same small team, with a seasonal deep clean when the house needs a reset. One relationship for the house and the garden.

How it works

  1. Walk-through

    We walk through the home and garden with you, or with someone you nominate if you're away, and listen to what matters to you.

  2. A plan for your home

    You receive a written plan and quote: what we'll do, how often, and how it's invoiced. No verbal-only arrangements.

  3. Visits and reports

    The same small team visits on schedule. When a trade is needed, we send quotes with our recommendation, and nothing is spent until you approve.

  4. Kept up all year

    Whether you're home every day or back for the season, the house and garden are as they should be. We review the plan with you as your needs change.

The people who look after your home, by name

Noosa Property Concierge is owned and run by Sandra and Rob Spencer. You deal with one of us directly, not a call centre and not a rotating crew.

Sandra's background is in sales and marketing for luxury property and global luxury brands, and she is at home with international owners. Rob spent more than fifteen years in senior operational roles across several countries. Together we look after a limited number of homes, so each one gets our full attention.
