Our Bond Clean Guarantee
For bond cleans completed by Noosa Property Concierge, we provide a 72-hour cleaning guarantee for items included in the agreed scope.
If a property manager identifies a cleaning item that needs further attention within 72 hours of completion, we'll return to rectify it. This applies to cleaning-related items within scope and does not cover maintenance issues, damage, mould, pest issues, wear and tear, or mess created after our visit.
