For owners who live in their Noosa home and want it kept properly. Weekly or fortnightly housekeeping and garden care, led by Sandra and Rob, with a seasonal deep clean when the house needs a reset.
What we look after
Housekeeping
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living areas, to a checklist agreed with you at the walk-through and by the same people each visit. Weekly or fortnightly, on a weekday that suits you.
Garden care
Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching and green waste removal, with pressure cleaning of driveways, paths and outdoor areas when they need it.
On its own, or alongside housekeeping so the house and garden are looked after together, by one team that knows the home.
Deep clean
A top-to-bottom reset of the home: before regular housekeeping begins, at the change of season, or before family arrive. Ceiling fans, skirting boards, cupboards and drawers, and the places a regular clean doesn't reach.
Year-round upkeep and concierge
Pest inspections, gutters, pool and air conditioning servicing, smoke alarms: we plan the year's upkeep with you and coordinate licensed providers to do it. Where there's a cost, you'll have a quote and our recommendation first, and nothing goes ahead until you approve.
Need a delivery met or something sorted while you're out? We'll arrange that too.
Heading away for a while? We can switch to While You're Away until you're back.
How we work
- The same small team. Led by Sandra and Rob, so the people in your home know it and know you.
- A written plan and quote after a walk-through. What we'll do, how often and how it's invoiced, agreed before we start.
- A minimum visit of three hours of labour. For example, two people for an hour and a half. It keeps every visit worthwhile and thorough.
- Photos with your visit summary. For garden work and anything you'd want to see.
- Public liability insured. A registered company with an ABN.

Tell us about your home and garden, and we'll arrange a time to see it and send you a written plan and quote. Sandra or Rob will reply personally within one business day, often the same day.
