Who We Work With
We look after homes for owners across the Noosa region: local residents who want a reliable cleaning and garden routine, holiday rental owners managing short-stay properties, and interstate or overseas owners whose Noosa home needs ongoing care between visits.
We also work alongside local property managers and real estate agencies on bond cleans, presentation cleans and exterior care. They need an operator who attends on time, communicates clearly and rectifies issues without fuss.
The thread across all of them: clients who care about their property and want to deal directly with the people doing the work.
Sandra and Rob
Sandra brings a background in sales and marketing for luxury property and global luxury brands. Work where presentation and the quality of the relationship matter as much as the product. That perspective shapes how every property at NPC is presented and how every owner relationship is handled. Of French heritage and multilingual, she's at home with international owners and complex client expectations.
Rob's background is in senior operational roles across multiple countries and complex service environments. The same principles apply at NPC: structured handovers, considered communication, and steady judgement when situations require it. Together, Sandra and Rob run NPC as the kind of property services business they'd want looking after their own home.
How We Work
- Single point of contact. Sandra or Rob handles your account directly. Not a call centre, not a rotating coordinator.
- Clear scope before we start. New engagements begin with a walk-through and a written quote: what's being done, how often, how it's invoiced. No verbal-only arrangements.
- Photographs as standard. For bond cleans, garden work and anything an owner would want to see, we send photos with the job summary.
- Concierge quoted in advance. Practical coordination tasks are scoped and priced before anything is arranged on your behalf.
- Fully insured, ABN-registered. Professional infrastructure, owner-level attention.
By Design, Not By Default
NPC is bounded by design. We take on a managed number of properties so every client receives owner-level attention from the people running the business. We grow carefully, only when we're confident the standard of work won't be diluted.
