About Noosa Property Concierge
Noosa Property Concierge is owned and operated by Rob and Sandra Spencer, based in Tewantin in the Noosa hinterland.
We started NPC because we saw a gap in the local market for property services that were genuinely reliable, where the people you speak to are the same people doing the work, and where communication is clear from start to finish.
Rob brings over 15 years of senior management experience, with a background in operations, service delivery and client management. Sandra brings a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills and a practical approach to getting things done. Together, we run a small, focused team that treats every property as if it were our own.
We're not trying to be the biggest property services company on the Sunshine Coast. We'd rather look after a manageable number of properties exceptionally well than stretch ourselves across too many. That means you get consistent quality, people you actually know, and a team that takes genuine pride in the result.
What We Do
We provide cleaning, garden maintenance and property care services for homeowners, holiday rental owners and property managers across Noosa, Tewantin, Noosaville, Sunshine Beach and surrounds.
Our core services are residential cleaning, short-stay and holiday rental changeovers, pre-sale and bond cleans, garden and exterior care, and ongoing property care for owners who are away.
How We Work
We keep things straightforward. Clear communication, reliable attendance, consistent standards. No jargon, no overcomplication. When we say we'll do something, we do it.
We're fully insured and our bond cleans include a 72-hour bond-back guarantee for items within the agreed scope.
