Noosa Property Concierge is owned and run by Sandra and Rob. We look after homes across Noosa and the Noosa hinterland, for owners who want them cared for properly.
Who we look after
Owners of quality homes who live here and want the house and garden kept to a high standard. And owners whose home is empty for part of the year: interstate, overseas or away travelling, who need people on the ground they can trust.
The thread across all of them: they care about their home, and they want to deal directly with the people looking after it.
Our background
Sandra brings a background in sales and marketing for luxury property and global luxury brands: work where presentation and the quality of the relationship matter as much as the product. That shapes how every home we look after is presented and how every owner relationship is handled. Of French heritage and multilingual, she is at home with international owners.
Rob spent more than fifteen years in senior operational roles across several countries and complex service environments. The same principles apply here: clear plans, considered communication and steady judgement.
Together, we run Noosa Property Concierge as the kind of business we'd want looking after our own home.
How we work
- One point of contact. Sandra or Rob looks after your account directly, with a small, regular team.
- A clear scope before we start. Every new home begins with a walk-through and a written plan and quote: what we'll do, how often and how it's invoiced.
- Photos as standard. A dated photo report after every While You're Away visit, and photos with the visit summary for garden work and one-off projects.
- Your approval before money is spent. Trades come with quotes and our recommendation, and nothing goes ahead until you say yes.
- Public liability insured. A registered Australian company with an ABN.
- A limited number of homes, by design. We take on only as many homes as we can look after ourselves, and grow only when we're sure the standard won't slip.
